Graffiti in Colombia, Argentina, Honduras and Brasil


Each country use this form of non verbal communication to express the problems or situations that their are living or to underline the richness of their culture. In Colombia, for example, the graffiti show the disagreement with the government and the law, it also shows the guerrillas and the educations problems. In Argentina the graffiti are not longer seen as vandalism but as art, graffiti artists have the freedom to paint whatever they want in the streets, the only thing they need is the permission of the owner of the free wall. On the other side is Honduras, where graffiti artists struggle against the violence and the intolerance of the habitants with paintings, they try to show the insecurity and the political problems of the country with hope and waiting for the society to do something to improve their situation, graffiti artist are creating a movement to take Honduras street back by this art. 
Meanwhile, Brazilian artist have take their graffiti all over the world and in much of them they show the corruption that their country is living

  1. I really like how artists use their skills to show the reality of the countries where they live, I think that they send a really important message in every master piece that they make.

  2. i think that the graffiti shouldn't be seen as vandalism because, this an art that is emerging from the streets and make the city look more beautiful. Everyone has the right to express their opinions in any form and the graffiti es a new creative form
